cycle starts off at distribution when individuals are reached by broad promotion, buy a book and eventually reach into the org themselves and are replied to by a Letter Registrar, who finds their want, puts them on a channel, and intensifies their reach. She keeps them progressing up the Routing and Gradation Chart until they finally reach for Saint Hill services, at which time they are passed on to the Advance Registration Unit, who schedules them for services. These individuals are written to by the Advance Registration Unit, which has its own Advance Reservations Records I/C who only writes to those people who are booked, encourages them to be here sooner, and in short gives them any and all information to get here in the shortest possible time. Advance Unit carries on with these people until they finally arrive in the org, at which time the Body Registrar takes over, makes them welcome, smoothes out any points that aren't clear, completes all registration formalities, and then hands over to Treasury Division. They then go to Tech for auditing and training, Qual for declare, to Success Division stating their successes and on to the Registrar to sign up for their next training or processing.
