The first Understanding of the month shall be an Understanding major issue, the second issue of the month shall be an Understanding minor issue. Understanding major: shall consist of informative technical material, advertisements and programs. Understanding minor: shall be dedicated only to programs such as extension course, such as training, such as processing results.
