the Department of Promotion and Registration is divided into three distinct categories - present time, past and future. There are three types of registrars which handle these three categories (the Immediate Registrar, the Assistant Registrar, the Letter Registrar). The Immediate Registrar is mainly concerned with present time prospects. She answers any questions and handles any problems of those people who want auditing or training in present time.
