the message system we use is based on three copies of every telex. If you do not receive three you must instantly make three. Every phone, cable or telex message needs three copies. Your second copy is called the boards copy. Its purpose is to post on the traffic control board. The traffic board is a large cork board divided up into the different areas to which we communicate. Its purpose is to display message cycles clearly. (FO 2528)
