His purpose is: to help Ron guide public persons toward happiness through properly recommended applications and use of Scn and Dn to become more at cause. The main difference between Social Counselor and Chaplain activities is that the Social Counselor is handling raw public directly, and is a sales person, whereas the Chaplain handles Scientologists and Dianeticists on a higher professional level, as the Chaplain for the entire org field and staff.
