a legal board is formed to handle and arrange the legal affairs of the flagship and Sea Org. Its area of operation is strictly the routine matters of contracts, registrations, company laws, etc. The committee will comprise: CS-1, Chairman; CS-1 Comm, Secretary; Ship's Rep and 3rd Mate. (FO 1522)
