Ensure all existing staff have filled one in, have sent it as far as completed to Central Personnel Office Flag (retaining the carbon copy) and are working through it to complete it. Ensure all new personnel receive one when recruited or hired and work through it sending each page to Central Personnel Office Flag as they complete it. Tech: hat check Qual Sec, Dir Pers Enhancement and Personnel Programmer on the tech and policy of how to program a staff member, and get them functioning on it.
