Takes articles, material and ads from HCO Information Letter and other sources. Must be okayed by Assn Sec of Central Org and his department heads before being printed to be sure their campaigns are forwarded and offerings brought to public notice. Intelligent use of this minimizes expensive special mailings. Sent to everyone in active CF files, whether members or not. Often used afterwards for literature for the individual public.
