Definitions

the Mimeo Section has been transferred to HCO Department 2, Communications Department. The Mimeo Section is composed of two units-mimeo and mimeo files. The Mimeograph Officer is in charge of all mimeo activities. Mimeo does not belong in promotion as it gets used for promotion which is not a correct use of mimeo. (HCO PL 2 Mar 71)
