Definitions

1. non-remimeo means bulletins and policy letters which are intended for use but only by executives and therefore are of limited distribution. It means not to be mimeoed again by the receiving org. There are two classes of non-remises: general nonremimeo and limited non-remimeo. Limited nonremimeo means that copies only go to master files, LRH Comm, the Guardian or A/G, HE S, OE S, ED (CO) and FR. (BPL 14 Apr 69R)

2. (mimeo distribution) it is usually important that this does not get wide distribution as it has to do with org know-how, planning, etc., and could be misunderstood. So it is not remimeoed or strewn about. It may be taken up in staff meetings but that is about all. One never republishes a limited non-remimeo in a magazine. (HCO PL 2 Jul 64)

3. there are two classes of non-remimeo. One is limited non-remimeo, meaning master files, HCO Sec, and Assn/Org Sec. The other is general non-remimeo, meaning master files, HCO See, Assn/Org Sec, reception reference files, and department head and post concerned to whom the data applies. (HCO PL 2 Jul 64)
