getting the field-FSM individuals, groups, franchises (all collectively called FSMs)-to sell org books and org services for the org to raw public individuals. Of course groups and especially franchises have their own services to sell but it is a foremost duty to also sell for the org. FSMs are awarded by a commission system on the sales they make for the org. It is operated just like any other groups of professional salesmen. They use big league closing techniques in contacting people, closing sales for the org (selecting), prospecting at every close and in turn developing those prospects. FSM newsletters, Auditors Assn, goodwill assisting, hatting and drilling FSMs, product officering sales are all part of making well-paid FSMs. Setting up and making active many, many groups is a key expansion action of Sen and another vital part of field activities.
