Definitions

1. the title advisory where used as helper to an Exec Sec is changed to "(HCO or ORG) Exec Sec Communicator for (division represented)." This title has the rank and privileges of a secretary in his own org and in a junior org to the one appointed, the privileges of an executive secretary. The purpose of the post is to communicate for the Executive Secretary and help with that official's purpose by communicating on matters and/or handling them relating to the type of division represented and to be responsible to the Executive Secretary for that type of division and to be responsible to the Executive Secretary for that gross divisional statistic. Only in the International Division or in an org having 250 staff members or more would this post be filled. (HCO PL 21 Jan 66)
