in accordance with HCO Policy Letter of October 24, 1962, of establishing an international headquarters of Scn at Capetown in the event of an atomic war, all Central Orgs are to deposit with Capetown a complete record of all current addresses held at each org every six months, as at 30th June and 31st December.
