Definitions

a written and signed appointment of a Committee of Evidence naming (1) the chairman, secretary and members of the committee, (2) the interested party or parties, (3) the matter to be heard and a summary of data to hand. It is duly signed by the convening authority and a copy of it is furnished to each person whose name appears in it and to local legal files and a copy to the HCO WW Committee of Evidence via all upper committees.
