each FOLO now has an FSC I/C based in the FOLO at a fixed location and is easily contactable by mail, phone, telex, or in person. Operating as an extension of the FSC I/C are his field personnel who are mobile and travel throughout their continent helping those who are preparing to go to Flag for services with all necessary cycles that make the trip to Flag a trouble-free adventure.
