== Definitions ==

1. a Court of [[ETHICS|Ethics]] may be convened by any [[ETHICS_OFFICER|Ethics Officer]]. Any [[SCIENTOLOGIST|Scientologist]] of the status of [[OFFICER|officer]] or below may be summoned before a Court of Ethics. The summons is issued as an [[HCO|HCO]] [[ETHICS_ORDER|Ethics Order]]. It must [[STATE|state]] when and where the person is to appear.
