(CF [[INFO|info]] slip) with current [[INVOICE|invoice]] [[ROUTING|routing]] [[POLICY|policy]] no [[COPY|copy]] of [[CREDIT|credit]]/[[DEBIT|debit]] invoices ever get to CF. The [[FACT|fact]] that a person has just made an AP or has just come into the [[ORG|org]] to start a [[SERVICE|service]] on AP used may not be known from the CF [[FILE|file]]. To [[REMEDY|remedy]] this [[SITUATION|situation]] and [[PREVENT|prevent]] further [[UNUSUAL_SOLUTIONS|unusual solutions]] and complicated [[ADMIN|admin]], the CF [[INFORMATION|information]] slip is brought into use. The CF info slip is made [[OUT|out]]: (1) whenever an invoice is written for an AP received, whether in the mail or [[OVER_THE_COUNTER|over the counter]]; (2) whenever an invoice is written for an AP used. The person who has written such an invoice fills in the CF info slip and routes it at once to CF [[VIA|via]] the [[ASR|ASR]] or org [[COMMUNICATION|communication]] [[LINES|lines]].
