troublesome relations is a catch all to include all those relations which the organization has not handled with its various publics and which then wind up on Guardian lines. In this category fall business firms which sue the organization, threatening former Scientologists expelled by the Church, nonauthorized squirrel groups, hostile members of the immediate community and so on.
