Definitions

the student may audit on a process of a certain level when he has passed all theory and practical checkouts for that process. The Board of Review need no longer give provisional classification examinations, but need only ascertain that the student has passed all theory and practical checkouts for the next process to be run for a particular level. We will call this a Star-Rated Board of Review Checkout. We will have to starrate, therefore, each and every HCOB and tape that is required to run an exact process. (HCO PL 2 Apr 65 III)
