mission orders that send missionaires out to handle things have always been referred to simply as "mission orders." A full title is given this type of situation handling mission orders. Two or more missionaires are always sent on situations handling MOs as such missions fail when attempted by just one missionaire. Such MOs cover a situation, a calculated why and the handling of the situation terminatedly. Each target must be terminatable within the time span of the mission. In essence this is a program that can be concluded. (FO 2936)
