Definitions

the Upstat Club has long been established aboard the Flagship. It was formed by LRH in 1968 to recognize those Flag crew members who have up statistics and who are complying with his orders. This club is now extended out into the field as the International Upstat, Club! All staff are eligible. Requirements are evidence of LRH targets done and the upstats to prove it! (FBDL 462)
