Definitions

International Council of Dianetics and Scientology. The purpose of this council shall be: to ensure the smooth running of Dn and Scn throughout the world, to safeguard and increase their money and properties and to provide good administration, excellent service and justice. The first thought of council members in event of any untoward event threatening Dn and Scn or their organizations, or in event of my sudden absence, should be to handle the situation and to prevent the breakdown of administrative lines.
