Definitions

the Income Section invoices all monies received on the appropriate machines and designates what each amount is for. The Income Section also posts all receipts in ledgers, one for each company concerned, furnishes breakdowns of income of various types when required, keeps a firm record of every debtor and a file on each debtor and sends out monthly formal statements to each debtor.
