(dated) red ink on pale salmon paper. By any official of HCO WW. Is always technical in nature, never administrative. May be copied as mimeo or not according to its distribution designation. Copied or not it is to be conspicuously posted on the staff bulletin board preferably on a clip-board. It is on one side of the paper only.
