This is a Group Processing session and we're going to do something very interesting. We're not going to bother about remedying any havingness, we're just going to spot spots. And I don't care whether or not you can get the spot exactly or precisely or not—no matter how sloppily you spot these spots, go ahead and spot them.

Now, I want you to spot a number of spots anywhere in the world or the universe or anyplace where you insisted you were nobody. Acted like or insisted you were nobody.

Acted like or insisted you were nobody—a lot more spots. Let's just spot them.

Okay! Now let's spot some spots where you insisted you were somebody.

Some more spots where you insisted you were really somebody.

Okay. And now some spots where somebody else insisted he or she was nobody. Some spots where he or she insisted—nobody.
