the post of FRU MAA is established in the FPPO Office, WUS. It replaces the post of PTS and Ethics Handler, in Branch 5 of the FPPO Org Board. The primary purpose of the post is to detect and prevent psychotic cases from being sent to Flag as recruits. (F061 US)
