the function of the FEBC Org Officer is to provide the materials, lines, space, routing, and personnel facilities and service necessary in order that all students on the OEC and FEBC can rapidly graduate and thereby aiding the FEBC Product Officer in obtaining the product of graduate FEBC students on an airplane going home.
