1. HCO Bulletin 29 February 1972R, False TA Checklist. This was a very important discovery about TAs. One uses this when another list indicates a false TA or one is suspected. (LRH ED 257 INT)
2. normally done early in auditing, especially if TA high or low. Prevents unnecessary repair due to wrong cans or grip. Is usually only done once.
