1. you have to find out what is most liked and what is next most liked and what is considered bad and what is considered totally evil. When you have got the list of those things now you know the control buttons of the society. Those are the buttons of control. You do an ethnic survey by going out and asking questions, and by looking into books and backgrounds of religions and that sort of thing. (691OC21)
