Definitions

1. the purpose of this is to pick out and add to persons who should have ethics protection because they are producers. The full intentions of Ethics Program No. 1 are to get ethics in in orgs, protect upstats and bring others up to upstat by auditing and training. (LRH ED 78 INT)
