I have recently unearthed a widespread aberration that underlies the withhold or obstruction of vital information and wanted to warn you to be on the lookout for it. It is, simply stated, dramatization of withholds. This is not just the person with withholds, this is the person who dramatizes withholds by preventing the relay, exposure or free distribution of vital information. (HCO PL 19 Oct 74)
