Definitions

1. a communications system is not only the nervous system but also the brain of an organization -that is, it forms the medium, the mass of tissue through which the planning mind of the organization (all those, individuals who originate plans, from the greatest to the smallest) operates. A mind cannot operate without memory. Whether that mind is running an organism or an organization, it must be able to communicate with its past.
