certificate is Hubbard Graduate Auditor (HGA). Course is only available to Sea Org or 5-year contracted org staff. Teaches about power processing and review auditing. Processes taught are power and power plus processes. End result is ability to audit others to Grade V and VA Power Release. (CG&AC 75)
