you need a minimum of three people in CF: (1) CF Officer, (2) CF Clerk, (3) CF Liaison. The CF Clerk pulls and files folders for the org other than Dissem and files particles. Particles are filed in date order to save the registrars messing around with out of sequence folders. (HCO PL 18 Feb 73 IV)
