Definitions

1. any child who has passed his Staff Status II and AB or engine room cheeksheet and has a post which he is holding in the Sea Org and who has a good ethics record is hereafter to be referred to not in a generality of "children," but as a cadet. A cadet has rank equal to a deckhand or motorman. (FO 760)
