to facilitate a mission briefing, the Briefing Officer prepares a Briefing Sheet. This is a checklist of what has to be done during a briefing by the missionaires. It is similar to a course checksheet in that it gives the exact steps necessary to complete a briefing. One copy is made for each missionaire. This is done in advance of the mission coming into briefing. The missionaire's name goes on it. As each item is done he ticks it off . (CBO 260)
