Definitions

1. aide is the title of a Flag Staff Officer on Flag. Assistant Aide is the title in a CLO. The org equivalent in duties and hat is a divisional secretary. In the case of an aide it is understood that the person aided is the Commodore. In the case of an assistant aide, the person aided is the Flag Aide (CBO 52)

2. (CLOs) each assistant aide of a bureau has the external to orgs and internal to the CLO functions of the bureau and its branches and sections. (FBDL 12)
