purpose: to create an orderly ACC by performing efficiently the routine work of ACC Administration. The ACC Clerk works directly under the ACC Administrator, who is under the ACC Chief Instructor, who is under the ACC Conductor. It is an HCO post. (HCO PL 24 Feb 60)
