duties of an Academy Instructor: (1) to train with accuracy and precision the students we have, (2) to leave administrative duties to the academy administrator, (3) to get coaches to do a better job of coaching, (4) to read TRs to the students. If they have a question on them to read again the TR and ask them what the TR said. If they still do not get it, repeat the above. (5) to get the students to execute the TRs with the same snap and precision as was expected of students in the 18th ACC, (6) to run a tight 8-C on the students. (SEC ED 37, 15 Jan 59)
