Definitions

consists of the ratio between number of admin staff/number of tech staff. The tech/admin ratio is computed by post function rather than by the technical training of a person holding a post. (i.e., a tech trained person holding an admin post is counted as admin staff.) (BPL 5 Apr 73R)
