Definitions

all Level 0 courses wherever taught must begin with the Dublin type PE Comm Course. It will be called the Zero Comm Course. This consists of the same TRs as the real comm course but run without the coaching flunking. (HCO PL 22 Apr 65, Level 0 Comm Course)
