Definitions

the purposes of the various sections or parts of the being, organism, group, race or species which forward the basic purpose. They must amplify, qualify and/or describe the action or procedure of the part of the whole in a brief and crisp way so as to hold them in function in their support of the basic purpose. They could also be called, the purpose of a part of the whole, or as we use them, the purpose of a post, unit, department or an org with a special function.
