is not concerned with org management and operation. It is concerned with the conduct and responsibility of Sea Org petty officers and members, and maintenance of basic Sea Org traditions. The purpose of the POC is: to assist the Commodore by ensuring Sea Org petty officers carry out the responsibilities of their rating and maintain the high traditions of the Sea Organization.
