Definitions

grooming is defined as the action of taking care of the appearance of; making neat and tidy. By personal in this context we mean having to do with the individual; done directly by oneself, not through others; of the body or bodily appearance. Personal grooming is defined as the art of making oneself attractive. (FO 3241- I)
