Definitions

in the interest of maintaining Sea Organization tradition, discipline and etiquette, out etiquette reports are added to the list of staff member reports contained in HCO PL 1 May 1965, Staff Member Reports. They are issued and distributed like other ethics chits by officers, petty officers and executives for violations of Flag Orders 38, 87 and other issues on etiquette. As out etiquette is a sign of slackening discipline and often indicates possibilities of other out-ethics situations with the individual, an out etiquette report will serve to alert the MAA to this fact.
