the HCO Division of every org must establish in Department 3, Department of Inspection and Reports, an org rudiments section. The section is headed by an officer. This person is called the Org Rudiments Officer. The Org Rudiments Officer ceaselessly gets in the org rudiments as issued in the past and revised from time to time. (HCO PL 20 Nov 65 II)
