Definitions

Division 1-HCO GDS. A hat consists of a checksheet and pack fully word cleared and studied and known to a point of full application of the data therein. Instant hats, mini hats do not count on this stat. The staff member must be in the org and on its staff list. Those on full-time training or in another org for training or processing do not count on this stat. (HCO PL 8 Nov 73RA)
