in that new boards of directors are being elected for the various corporations and their branches, I am resigning the title of Executive Director and in accordance with a resolution of the general meeting of charter members, am being given the title of "Founder" instead. I am still available for consultation and for signature. It is called to attention that the signature available is that of L. Ron Hubbard, as a writer, and not that of L. Ron Hubbard, an individual. As the two signatures may become somewhat confused, the distinction is emphasized. On specific request, as a writer, I will write books on Scn, its organization, and will write HCOBs and policy letters as requested. This is my writer hat. (BPL 1 Sept 66R)
