the Letter Registrar Unit answers incoming mail and originates via CF folders. Each one, so far as possible answers his or her own mail. The whole action here is getting the individual on a channel, and getting them up it step by step until they finally reach for Saint Hill services, at which time they are forwarded to the Advance Registrations Records Unit for scheduling.
