Definitions

a person, plaintiff or defendant, called before a Committee of Evidence for whom penalties may be recommended or decisions awarded by the Committee. An Interested Party may not be called before another committee or a later convened committee for the same offense or complaint after having been summoned and heard for that offense, or his complaint at one or more meetings of the current committee.
